CallaStream Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 19, 2026


These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Reseller”) and CallaStream LLC (“CallaStream,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the CallaStream digital signage platform, website, dashboard, reseller portal, media player software, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using CallaStream, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
CallaStream reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • 3.1 Plans: CallaStream offers the following subscription plans: Standard, Scheduler, and Complete. Each plan provides access to different features as described on our pricing page. Features may be updated from time to time at our discretion.
  • 3.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By providing payment information, you authorize CallaStream to charge your payment method via Stripe on a recurring basis. All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
  • 3.3 Seat-Based Licensing: Plans are priced per seat (display screen). Your subscription includes one seat by default. Additional seats may be added at any time at the per-seat rate for your plan. Prorated charges apply when seats are added mid-billing-cycle.
  • 3.4 Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • 3.5 Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you via email. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.

4. Reseller Program

  • 4.1 Reseller Eligibility: Reseller accounts are available to approved applicants only. Approval is at the sole discretion of CallaStream. Resellers may access a white-label portal to manage customers, assign licenses, and customize branding.
  • 4.2 Reseller Billing: Resellers are billed monthly at wholesale rates assigned by CallaStream. Charges are consolidated and invoiced once per month on the anniversary of the reseller’s signup date. Resellers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method on file.
  • 4.3 Reseller Responsibilities:
    Resellers are solely responsible for:
    Their own customers and the content displayed on customer screens
    Ensuring their customers comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
    Setting and collecting their own retail pricing from customers
    Providing first-line support to their customers
    Maintaining accurate customer account information
  • 4.4 White-Label Restrictions: Resellers may brand the customer portal with their own logo and colors. Resellers may not represent the Services as their own proprietary software, misrepresent the underlying platform to customers, or sub-license the reseller program to third parties without written approval from CallaStream.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Display content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
  • Transmit spam, malware, viruses, or any malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law
  • Resell or sublicense the Services without authorization
    Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform in an unauthorized manner
  • CallaStream reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without refund.

6. Content and Media

  • 6.1 Your Content: You retain ownership of all media, images, videos, PDFs, and other content you upload to CallaStream (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant CallaStream a limited, non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of delivering the Services to you.
  • 6.2 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and display it. CallaStream does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
  • 6.3 Storage: CallaStream provides reasonable storage for your media files. We reserve the right to impose storage limits and to notify you if your usage approaches or exceeds those limits.

7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the CallaStream platform, software, dashboard, APIs, documentation, logos, and related materials are owned by CallaStream LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Services. The CallaStream name, logo, and “Easy Digital Signage” tagline are trademarks of CallaStream LLC.


8. Hardware and Player Devices
CallaStream is compatible with Raspberry Pi player devices and Android devices. Hardware is not sold or warranted by CallaStream. You are responsible for the purchase, setup, maintenance, and operation of any hardware used with the Services. CallaStream provides player software on an as-is basis and is not responsible for hardware failures, connectivity issues, or display malfunctions.


9. Support
CallaStream provides customer support through the in-dashboard ticketing system. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests in a timely manner. Support is available to active subscribers only. Reseller customers should contact their reseller for first-line support. CallaStream does not guarantee response times or resolution outcomes.


10. Uptime and Service Availability
CallaStream strives to maintain high availability of the Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. CallaStream will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.


11. Cancellation and Termination

  • 11.1 Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
  • 11.2 Termination by CallaStream: CallaStream may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any conduct that CallaStream determines is harmful to the platform, other users, or the business. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice unless immediate termination is necessary.
  • 11.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease. Your content will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion. CallaStream is not liable for any loss of data following account termination.

12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CALLASTREAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CALLASTREAM LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CALLASTREAM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CallaStream LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maryland, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms
CallaStream reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cancel your account.

17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CallaStream regarding the Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms are not assignable by you without our prior written consent.
