If you are a customer of a CallaStream reseller, your account information and license details are accessible to your reseller through their dashboard. The reseller is responsible for their own privacy practices with respect to how they handle your information.

Media files and ticket records may be retained for up to 90 days following account cancellation before permanent deletion.

Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
